Slow render premiere pro but ok export time

So a project I have on my asus gaming laptop has recently become really slow at rendering, the export worked ok but render time is hours upon hours for some reason. 

Some more relevant info:

Asus fx505 24gb ram gtx1060 graphics card, pocket 4k bmraw 1080 files..

Rendering is set to CUDA hardware render
