Slowness exporting

There is a slowness in working on the computer while editing in Premier alongside exporting videos in Encoder.
The computer is not able to do both at the same time and this slows down the work significantly.
I would very much appriciate your help, thank you,

If you do not have a dedicated videocard then all will be done on the cpu and wont there be any room left for editing.

Turn off max render (and max depth if checked)

Target 4 and max 30 seem a bit odd to me.

Look at the presets how encoding is set.

If this for the web cbr 20 will be sufficient.
