Snap not Working After Update

The snap feature hasn't worked since the latest update. Instead, it shows me a timecode while I'm dragging and doesn't snap one edge of the clip to another like it used to, even if snap is enabled.

I'm having this problem too. Latest update (as of June 1st, 2021) and both on MacOS and Windows10. Turning the magnet on or off, or pressing the "s" hotkey doesnt change it from not working properly.

Trashing preferences helped this user: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/no-snapping-and-the-tooltips-are-gone/m-p/12039228#M3468...

Can you try it and report back?

Thanks,

Kevin

More troubleshooting
Reset workspaces: Go to Window : Workspace : Reset to Saved Layout.
Make sure Default Input in the Audio Hardware in the Preferences is set to No Input.
Make sure you have the latest Nvidia STUDIO driver installed, not the Game driver.
Make new project and import old one.

Delete nested audio from timeline.
