Software Crash

After updating my computer recently, premiere pro has been giving me trouble. Its been crashing, freezing, and lagging. What should I do to fix this issue? Before updating my computer it was running smoothly with no problems.

If you're using an Nvidia GPU, go to their driver page, dowload and install the latest STUDIO driver. The recent game-ready drivers have been causing all sorts of problems in Premiere.
