Hello,

The project is a personal video. We filmed everything with a smartphone (Huawei) and when we wanted to edit the videos on Premiere Pro, we noticed there is no 29,86fps sequence setting so the image and sound desynchronizes. At least I think the fps is what causes the problem. I don't seem to find any software that include that specific fps.

Is there a solution to that ?

Thank you !

I would convert the footage using Handbrake before you import it into Premiere. Here is a link to one of the forum discussions. about Handbrake.
