Solving the filcker issue in my video

Hi everyone

I shot a video recently that has a flicker in it. In order to solve the isuue as i read is to make 2 copies of the same clip and place them on top of each other. After that i use the Slipper tool on the copies in order to move each one of them 2 Frames.

The problem im doing all the steps correctly but when placing the Slipp tool on the clips and trying to slide right or left the frames are not changing. I hope someone can tell my what is the problem here.
