Some clips don't play audio after export

Imma need some help here.

I've been using Premiere Pro for 8 years now but never had this issue. Also can;t find anything on the specific problem online.

The problem that I have is that, after exporting my footage, two clips don't have audio.

In Premiere Pro itself, the audio is there and plays fine. But after export, only two specific clips don't play audio. The rest of the video is exported fine and with audio.

Anyone have any clue what this might be?

I've attached a picture. The highlighted clip and the one after that, are the ones that don't play.

I've rendered the video twice, both with the same results and the same two clips not having audio.

Have you tried clearing your media cache and trying again?

You could try exporting each clip as a wav in Media Encoder and if it works...replace the audio for those 2 clips with the wav. <---This is obviously not a fix, just a workaround.

Hi joeriv49303605,

We're sorry about this. If you are still experiencing this issue, please let us know if this is happening with any specific export format or all the formats. Also, have you tried importing the exported media in Premiere Pro & checked if it's playing the audio for those two clips?

Thanks,

Sumeet
