Some Premiere Projects Crash when exporting to AME or AAE

Hi,

For the last month, one of my projects crashes and reports "A Serious Error" when exporting a sequence either to AME or when I try and replace a portion of the sequence with a new After Effects composition. Maybe there is a bug in this project with Adobe Dynamic link or maybe the footage? It happens whether AME or AE is already open or not. I can drag the sequence from Premiere to AE and that works most of the time.

I've tried exporting the sequence as a new Project, and the same thing happens to the exported sequence. 

I've also tried creating a new project and importing the sequence and the process causes a crash. 

This doesn't happen in every project or new simpler projects (I've tested this). I enabled full disk access etc. Additionally, this didn't happen when I started the project months ago. Often when I close the project, Premiere also crashes (after I save thank goodness). Any ideas what else it can be and how to fix this issue? Thanks!

Instead of just importing the sequence, import the entire project into a new project and let us know what happens.
