Some videos crash at premiere

Good afternoon, could someone explain to me what this problem is due to? it only happens with some videos, I doubt it is something from the Hardware. I would greatly appreciate the help since I cannot advance with my projects.

Try Edit > Preferences > Audio Hardware, and set the Default Input to No Input.

If yes, use https://handbrake.fr/ open source transcoder/converter to convert to Constant Frame Rate
