Something wrong with my sequence

So I was working on a team project and I saved it, I opened the project and saw that my work was gone,  I saw the sequence in the media tab and dragged it onto my timeline, but everything was compressed into one line of video and audio channel like this:

Is there a way to revert it back?  (I need to add and edit more things into it but i can't do it while it is all compressed)

nvm i fixed it, the fix is to make sure this "Override sequence at nest or individual clips" button is not blue (Off)
