Getting error message "Sorry, a serious error has occurred that requires Adobe Premiere Pro to shut down. We will attempt to save your current project."

I have seen some other questions with this error message, but none with the particular case I'm running into. Any time I try to open up any saved Premiere Pro file, I am getting the above error message. The only way I can access my old Premiere files is to open up a new Premiere Pro file and then import my most recent project save into my project. Then I save the file and close out of it. When I try to open it up again, I get the same error message. I can't even get the file open. It immediately crashes and gives me that error message, and it's for multiple Premiere projects on my hard drive. 

I've also tried removing the premiere pro file from my hard drive to my desktop and I still get the error message.

Okay this worked for me...

1. Open up a new premiere pro file

2. Upload a few braw folders and drag one braw file into my timeline

3. Open up another new premiere pro file

4. Import the project from the file that keeps crashing into that 2nd new premiere pro file

5. Copy the timeline from that file into my first new premiere pro file

6. Save.

When I closed it and opened it back up, it opened. Hopefully it stays that way! I'm not sure what's corrupted about the old file, but glad it's working again.

This thread is unfortunately long past it's pull date. However, If you're experiencing this error, and are running v23.2.0, then I'd suggest installing v23.1.0, as the problem for me began on the upgrade. Sending in the logs did not invoke any kind of response from Adobe.
