Sound Stops Working in Premiere Pro

After exiting and re-opening Premiere Pro, my sound will stop working. The sound outside PP continues to work fine and the soundbars move in PP.

The 'fix' I have discovered is to reset the plugin caches by holding down Shift when clicking on Premiere Pro icon.

Have anyone else experienced this and fixed it? I am looking for a more permanent solution. I have uninstalled and reinstalled PP.

Maybe I'm not familiar with this product enough, but your Default Audio Output is set to the "Yeti Stereo Microphone". Is this correct? Does the microphone have a headphone jack in it or something?
