source file Import Failure

Hi, 
I needed to toggle my proxies to my original files, but my proxies stays on insteed ofsource files. 
When I tried to locate the file manualy, one error message apears: File import Failure: The importer reported a generic error. 
What should I do ?

Please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card

and your source properties and your sequence settings.  So when you've got proxies toggled off, and you select a clip in the timeline, and control click and choose "reveal in finder (or explorer)" what happens?

When I toggle off proxies, they stay on, and I can't click on "Reveal in finder"

what happens if you move the proxies to a different location on your computer (when premiere isn't running) and then you start the project?  Does it allow you to relink to the camera original?

The proxies are relocated but the the problem still

With the toggle switch butom, nothing appen. 
Something change, I can now manually turn it on line manually if I right click on my clip and chose "link Media''
and it's no longer my proxy. Should do manually for ALL MY CLIP ??

You should be able to select all your clips in the project window and link them all.  Probably, if you link the first one, it will automatically do the rest.

All right. Problem solved. I it's might be because I deleted premiere's cash and peak folders.
