Speed Ramping

Hey so i am trying to do the speed ramping in premiere pro and for some reason it wont let me change speed sections on the video. never have had this problem until now. anyone else experiencing the same problem?

This happens to me as well. If you're using PPro 14.3.2, revert back to 14.3.1.

Use the three dots in Creative Cloud Desktop app > Other versions to install it.
