Still image animation

Hello.  I'm wanting to take a still image and have it appear that it is "moving" or "traveling" across the screen.  Can someone direct me to the place where I would learn how to do that?

You'll want to learn how to do basic keyframing. Look up something like "Premiere Pro how to keyframe"

If you need to cut something out you'll want to add "masking" to the list of things to do some tutorials on.
