Not really, more interested in the Ark within a storm setting...

hmmm. I don't know of any free stock stuff. I don't even know of any expensive ark stuff in a storm. If there's a school near you that teaches animation ( like Autodesk Maya type stuff ) you might be able to post something at the school asking a student for a minute of ark in storm at X dimensions, wrapper, codec, fps, etc.  ???
