Stuck in loading ImporterQuickTime.bundle HELP!!!

I can't open Premiere Pro.  

MacOS Catalina (10.15.7) and updated 15.1 version.   

Uninstall and reinstalled this morning.  still can't pass this loading. 

Please help! Any suggestions?

Thanks for the info.  Sadly it didn't really solved my issue.  

I created a new account in my Mac and uninstall/reinstalled premier pro. I was able to open it.  I left the program running for a few days because I was afraid I won't be able to reopen it.  But today I had to close it and now I can't open it at all.  
PLEASE HELP!!
