Stuck on Graphics panel

For some reason when i went to the graphics panel it wouldnt load so i go to click on another panel then that wouldnt load. Weird thing is when i click on any of the options in the top right hand corner it'll load the graphics pannel but nothing else. My timeline playhead wont move but my video will still play. Only fix I've been able to find is resetting the preferences but the bug happens again when i try to go to the graphics panel. Does anyone happen to know a fix?

Wild guess: any nested audio? Delete from timeline.
