Hi, I'm having a problem with one clip in my video. I believe the cause is because I used too many effects-I started learning masking, so I went frame by frame and applied a mask to each frame. This was the first clip of my video, and no other clips had this issue. Occasionally, usually after I did a quick in to out render, it would fix it, but it always reverted back to the choppy effect. I had hoped it was just a playback issue and that it'd be fixed once I exported, but it exported the same as the playback. I've never seen any kind of "stutter" on a clip like this and for this duration. Does anyone have any advice on how I might fix this? Below is the clip
