This has been a constant problem for a long time, but it has been randomly on and off, but since the latest update it is now ongoing.
I have constant popping and stuttering of audio across all my projects. This only occurs in Premier Pro, with the same content played back in other software having no problem.
I'm running audio through x2 KRK Rokit 8 monitors plugged into a Scarlet 2i2. Everything is up to date with drivers, and as mentioned works perfectly in every other app/windows 20 in general, it only has issues in Premier Pro.
I have tried changing my latency, clearing media cache, ASIO4ALL, MME vs ASIO settings, but nothing has helped. The audio seems to play fine for several seconds and then begins to pop and crackle and stutter.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a sound card installed? As some soundcards typically load all sorts of audio 'helper' apps that can cause this sort of thing in Premiere.
