Subscribtion issue

I can't subscribe to Premiere Pro because Adobe cloud says I already have premiere rush 😕 
So what? I need Premiere Pro and I also quit my Rush sub!
Anyone had the same problem before? 
Help!!!

Until recently I did not know you could even take out a subscription just for Rush.

Hi! just for you to know, it was a problem related to my account, I did subscribe to Rush before and it was "reading " it as I was also subscribed to Premiere Pro, which I wasn't. 
The customer service fixed the problem yesterday, now I finally have my Premiere Pro 🙂
