I am creating videos from screen captures that I grabbed using the built in Windows 10 screen recording feature. I've created many of these videos in the past with no issues. Suddenly, within the day I've got this major issue where the imported video has a large green bar on the bottom and the video is partially cloned to the right (see screenshot attached). This also happens within projects that I created previously with no issues. I've adjust everything I could think of to no avail.

If that doesn't work, try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.
If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean install of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).
If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.
