Super slow render with super PC

Hello, I have a very good PC

Ryzen 3900 12 core

64GB RAM 3200 Mhz

Nvidia RTX 2080

And I'm experiencing extremely long render times. Something like 30 minutes for a 20 second long video. 4K HDR.

I know it shouldn't be like that. Can you please help me get normal render times?

Oh, BTW, no effects. Even just audio without video takes forever!

I know the RTX 2080 is a great GPU but what happens if you render using sofware only?

Nope, exactly the same... I even formated my PC... Same issue. 30+ minutes for a 20 second file, no effects. Just 4k video =(

I've been experimenting and the problem is when I select HDR10, and High dinamic range on the render... If I remove that, it renders in seconds! The problem is, I need the video in HDR... =(
