Support says my hardware won't work with Premiere Pro 15

unresolvable problems, and there was absolutely no means of fixing them, so
I went way back to a previous version that worked without problems.
Adobe's response to problems is it must be something with the hardware you
are using....... same Hardware I'm using for Adobe animate and Cubase and
there ain't no problem with either.
Problem is something embedded in the most recent Adobe Premiere Pro, and it
will never be addressed as the company has a gazillion customers and a
single customer with a problem requires too much time and effort to fix
it.... so they can just stew in the problematic universe our companies
upgrades created.
Don't continue to pay for the problem, switch to another brand is literally
the only viable solution....
