Excuse me for my bad English.
Since 14.5, with enabled hardware decoding feature, the whole system gets extremely unstable with Premiere Pro.

My laptop and desktop have the same issue after upgrading 14.5 of PPro.

When PPro is running:
-switching task (changing focus of window),
-importing footage with drag&drop,
-minimizing PPro window,
-generation of thumbnails after importation
cause BSOD, freezing, rebooting system.

Windows event log and BSOD screen display the error of NVIDIA Driver crash. I've used DDU and Re-installed graphics driver.

With [Preferences > Media > H264/HEVC hardware accelerated decoding] option unchecked, this problem disappears and the performance gets worst than when that option's checked.

Below are specs of my hardware.

Laptop

OS: Windows 10 20H2
CPU: Ryzen 7 4800H
GPU: GTX 1660 Ti (latest STUDIO driver)
RAM: 32GB

Desktop

OS: Windows 10 20H2
CPU: i9-10900k
GPU: RTX 3090 (latest STUDIO driver)
RAM: 64GB
