I'm hoping someone out there knows if it is possible to create a table of content page in the front of a video that links to certain sections within the video itself. If so how ??
I have been asked to do so and told it's possible but everything I look up I can't find any answers. Thanks
There are a three ways I can think of. One is with a web page interface although the videos can be stored locally. I've had no experience with this method, but I know it can be done. The the second is with a pdf with video links and the third is with microsoft powerpoint.
