Hello!

I have been asked to export a 15sec promo for a video billboard and the specs they are asking for is unusual to me.

1. Video content size: 612 x 900 pixels (I assume 612w x 900h)

2. Aspect Ratio: 1 : 1.47

even if I choose 'custom' in the drop down menu it wont allow 1 : 1.47.

They say the outputs Ive sent them are incorrect. Can someone see what Im doing incorrectly? (screenshot attached)

Any advice much appreciated

Your export settings are a bit of a mess.

I would set the sequence the same as the output.

Guessing its 612 wide and 900 high with an Aspect of 1.0.

You need to set the framerate the same for input and output.

Ask the client for exact specifics.

I think they mean 612 high X 900 wide, which (divide it out) is 1.47 display aspect. The pixels are probably square.

I would ask them for a sample.

Curious; are you going fro PAL to NTSC?
