text is appearing condensed, don't know why in adobe premier Pro

I am having trouble with uncondensing the text in adobe premier can someone help?

what exactly do you mean?  First what version of premiere are you using.  and then try and describe what's happening in more detail...

Could you post an image of the issue so we know exactly what you mean. Or perhaps you mean reducing tracking between text characters - in this case select the text and adjust the setting indicated with the arrow in the image below.
