Hi,

I have been trying for so long to solve this issue, but nothing seems to work, all other exactly similar files are working fine.

I updated my primer pro, renamed the file, moved to different locations and drives but premiere pro still shows error in importing.

Please can someone help?

Hi kavs17,

We're sorry to hear about this. Please let us know the specifications of the media file (format/codec, frame rate & frame size) with which you are experiencing this issue. Also, let us know the version of Premiere Pro that you are using. We're here to help, just need more info.

Thanks,

Sumeet
