I'm trying to import a fiel into Premier but getting a rather unhelpful error (see pic)
There are a few other posts about this on the forum but none of the solutions I've seen so far have worked.
It is a large file (1.21GB) but from the articles I read that should be an issue. I've also tried opening in Encoder to see if I could make changes there before puttin gin Premier but it won't open in that either. The error from there is, "File could not be imported. Could not read from source. Please check the settings and try again."
I've also replicated the same problem on another computer, Mac rather than windows. Have v14.4.0 (build 38) installed on the Windows (original problem encountered) and v13.0.2 on the Mac (reproduced the problem).
