The rendering is making my effects go weird

Hello !

With the v14.9, when I try to render my videos as they are lagging a lot, the render works on my video, but it makes my effects (subtitles, text and transition) go weird. If I export the video, the effects of the finished product is normal, as it was meant to be. However, it is quite hard to edit my file.

Here are two photos that are showing what is happening before and after the rendering.

Do you have any ideas?
