As you can see in the picture

1. There is no MPEG source settings to change variable frame rate mode.

2. Adobe detect Variable frame rate

3. Sound and video unsynchronized.

How many years needed for Adobe team to solve this problem?

OBS can record in CFR, I do so. So my question is why are you using VFR in OBS rather than using the provided CFR? That would fix your issue right there.

Much VFR, Premiere can handle ok, some it doesn't.

I use CBR as main settings, tried CQL and VBR - same result. Always unsync with few audio tracks

CBR is constant bitrate, not constant framerate. Different things. I use the mov option in Recording/Format, and get CFR mov files out from OBS.

Because when I switched to mov, I got CFR out as seen by MediaInfo.

OBS can record constant framerate, but it has to be able to keep up with what your computer is doing and the recording at the same time. If it can't, it'll switch to VFR. I'm thinking that Neil, your hardware just kept up with the recording compared to what the poster's hardware and what they were recording.

still waiting for the solution to this issue. I have hundreds of hours of video clips that are VFR. It would take too long to use a third party program (handbreak) to convert it to constant framerate. Does Adobe have a feature that will compensate for VFR or am I out of luck?

Setup overnight batch processing ... let the computer work while you're asleep or away from it. Don't sit there while the conversion is going on.
