This effect requires GPU acceleration - Render Problems on new Mac Pro 2019 - AMD Radeon Pro Vega II

I am the proud owner of a Mac Pro 2019 3,3 GHz 12-Core Intel Xeon W with 96GB Ram and the AMD Radeon Pro Vega II 32 GB and still, almost every other day i run into an simple Effect in PP which will result in a red bar on the final video exported: "This effect requires GPU acceleration"

Frist, that´s impossible i would say. That even applys to HD Timeline and Effects. 

Can anybody help ? I tryied finding an AMD Update but there seem to be none. 

Very frustrating and sometimes time sensitive cause i find out only after exporting which effects worked and which weren´t able to be rendered correctly.
