THIS IS FRUSTRAITING!!!!!! Premire pro 15.1 crash even with the latest version

I can't beleive that iyou have to spend money on a software that is giving such problems, it crash when i want to import videos 4K and HD, and when i manage to do it (doing it one by one) when i want to start my workflow it just crash randomly with no message, i mean for gos sake ADOBE can you fix this???!!!! if not i will change to another software

I am using Windows 10,

CPU AMD Ryzen 7 2700X eight-core processor 3.70GHz 

GPU Radeon RX 5500 XT

vRAM 4096 MB

32 RAM 

64 bit operating system 

My source footage is a XAVCS 4K 24 fps and   XAVCS HD 120fps
