Time Lapse issue

So I shot a time lapse video from my iphone and imported it into premier. I ca watch the sequence in the preview panel, but when I export the video it is appearing as a static image. Also, showsa as a purple segment, which if I'm not mistaken is a photo? I've tried everything I could think of to fix it.
