There are several ways of doing it: Pressing the +-key on the keyboard is one, using the scale slider in the timeline is another.

 

For some years now the +-key is not mapped by default if you have a non-english keyboard. Go to Edit > Keyboard Customization and map Zoom In to your desired key.
