Timelapse, my frame jump

Okay so hello, I have a problem, when I place photos in Premiere pro (Last Versions) and I adjust them to 0,01second and i play my Timelapse, in the screen I can just see 1 frames for 3seconds, so it does not work. And I tried to export and my export video as the same problem, the Frames jumps, so my TimeLapse is broken...

Timelaps as in Image Sequence, bunch off stills on the timeline or movie?

What exactly are you trying to set to 0,01 second?
