Timeline video turned glitchy

So I recently started learning premiere pro and whenever I import a video, the timeline video comes out as a total glitch. (check the image above). Sometimes it's purple or RGB mix. I am facing this issue since the start. The version is CC 2019. Please help. It's urgent!

Hey! 
Try to go to File - Project Settings - General - Video Rendering and Playback and try to change that option. 

After that try rendering the preview again.
