Timer beeps for the last 3 seconds

I hope someone can help me with this challenge that I'm facing.

I would like to know how I can add 3 beeps to the last 3 seconds of my video.

Use the audio from the bars and tone inbuilt asset, cut into 5 frame beeps and place on the last  3 seconds
