Timestamps are wrong (In Plus Form?)

Not sure if this was an intentional option or something, but I opened Premiere today and my timeline and timestamps were in a weird form. I've restarted Premiere and my computer and I'm not sure what is wrong. Does anyone known the solution to this?

Right click on the timestamp in the timeline and set it to frames.
