Timing Video from a Nested Sequence to Audio from the Master Sequence

I have several nested sequences in my master, and I'm trying to time certain video elements from within the nested sequences, to music that resides in the master sequence. How can I hear the music from the master, while working within the nested sequences?

In this stage it's a bit complicated to edit with the music if you already nested the file and you want to edit in the nested sequence and the music is out in the master sequence.

You should end everything and finalize it then nest the sequence so in your case copy the content of the nested sequence,paste it in the master sequence  and replace the old nested file..fix everything with the music then nest it again
