After update to every single time I need to drag either audio or video onto a new layer (to create a new layer) it crashes without fail.

This even happens when I Add Tracks manually, freezes up and have to force quit.

freeze 30 times with a bug. Both the home desktop and the workplace desktop are the same.

I can't work because of this bug

And we can't help you when you provide so little information. We don't even know if you are on Windows or Mac.

I understand you're frustrated, but you gotta throw us a bone here.

donghunj,

Sorry there. Do you have a control surface attached to your system: Pallette, color grading panel, audio mixer, Loupedeck? Do you have any After Effects plug-ins installed like Mr. Horse or others that may act as a control surface?

Let us know the answers to these questions. Hope we can help.

Thanks,
Kevin

I have been on the test since the problem occurred.

When I removed the aejuice device from ControlSurface, the problem went away.

Mr. horse plug-in device did not have any problems.

It seems that the aejuice plugin is not available in the current Premiere Pro 2020 version.

I hope that the bug can be resolved as soon as possible.
