Transcribing media in Premiere Pro 15.2_2021

Hello! 
I'm seeing results everywhere from this year on successfully transcribing media. Anything i try - such as the Speech analysis - some of the features don't exist. But i'm confused as to how users are using the most to date version with this new feature. The speech analysis exists in the metadata window but there is no dropdown to it. nothing to click on or inspect. any help, please!

Sorry for the misunderstanding. Captions is working, but the speech to text function is a feature of Premiere Pro Beta, and only for those who have applied for an advance look at the feature to the product team.
