Trash Prefs Every Time I Open an Existing Project

Ever since I upgraded to 14.9.0 I have to trash my prefs to get an existing project to open. It hangs and becomes nonresponsove. I can create a new project and that opens just fine. I didn't have this problem with 14.3.2. This is super annoying becuase I have custom keyboard shortcuts that I have to re-enter everythime I trash my prefs.

Always clear media cache after any of Premiere Pro/Media Encoder/GPUdriver updates:

Preferences > Media Cache => Delete all media cache files..

Or you can do it manually - close Adobe PP/AME/AE, goto media cache location and delete folders: 

Media Cache, Media Cache Files, PTX, Peak Files. 

Do same with workspace, reset: Window > Workspaces > Reset to saved layout
