Trial Premiere Pro video usage

Hi all, if I edit a video on the trial version of Premiere Pro, do I get to keep it or will it disappear/turn unusable (or will there be other problems) when the trial period is over? I am about to make a project for my school but in these times I would prefer to do it at home instead of the uni editing room. The university has Premiere Pro license but it can't be used in other computers. Also, if I start a project on the trial version, can I continue working on it at the university licensed version or vice versa?

Thanks for any info 😊
