TTF won't read in Premiere or AE

I have a TTF font supplied by a client that isn't reading.  It's the "Bold" version of the font. The light and Regular are OTF and read fine.

You install those in your OS (Windows or...)

In windows right-click the font and 'install'. Look online for mac installation.

I did install it into the font book (for Mac) as well as restart/reboot, but still nothing.

It's called intro fabric. It's not in the typekit.

if I remember correctly there's a way to check an installed font on the mac.  yes, "validate font" in font book.  it'll tell you if there are any issues.... hopefully
