UI Malfunctioning and Crashing

For whatever reason, the UI is being REALLY glitchy. I usually only notice this when it's updating, but I cannot find anything about an update anywhere. The workspace tabs at the top are just gone and reappear when I adjust anything, but I can't click on them. Moving things across the timeline are also not visible. Any help would be awesome.

You can help people help you by posting your hardware and software. I've seen some posts about 15.1 being a bit wacky and that could be it. The solution seems to be to just go back to 15.0 and wait for 15.2 and hopefully the UI glitches will be fixed.
