Unable to drag and drop video clips

Hi, I have been using PP for sometime now, though past couple of days I've been facing an issue while draging and dropping video files. Audio files work fine- they can be dragged and dropped, though while dragging the video I get a closed hand/not applicable symbol. I have been trying to find some answers or to contact support teams but I cant seem to find a chat box or email nor a number to call. If someone could shed some light in to this I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Please, provide more info about files you try to process. Use MediaInfo  > View> Tree, and copy report here
