unable to edit limiter/mastering effect in premiere pro 2021

I am unable to choose and effect preset for the Mastering Effect and the Hard Limiter effect on Adobe Premiere Pro 2021. Click on Edit and nothing happens. Same when I click Re-Map. Any suggestions?

Be sure to check the new features of 2021, some 'obsolete' audio effects have been removed. I'm not sure if your's are affected but I did see it in the list.

It appears to just be a glitch. Restarting Premiere has been fixing it. Premiere 2021 is riddled with issues. Crashes every 30-40 minutes without fail. I've been working on a 16 minute edit for the last 2 hours and it's crashed 3 times. It's just absurd.
