Unable to export a video file

Adobe Premeiere doesn't allow me to export a video file after editing it. I get a frame creation error or frame allocation error.

It also leads to the screen freezing and the system hangs.

Request someone to please guide further ort how to sort this issue out.

Have you tried exporting using Media Encoder?
